Seeking Treatment Digitalized

Description
In public healthcare digitalization is advancing at slowly. One of the most encumbering parts ot the whole healthcare process is potential patients seeking treatment. People are usually not contacting the right people in the healthcare sector at the right time. This causes delays and confusion. In the worst case scenario the citizen just decides to give up and will be left on their own with aches and pains. If assume we would be able to re-design the way people seek for treatment and help in the public healthcare sector, and we would have access to people's health data, what would be the optimal, simple solution from the citizen's point of view? How would the service work and look like? How much faster, better or more reliable would it be? Join this project if you are interested in the digitalization of healthcare!
