In public healthcare digitalization is advancing at slowly. One of the most encumbering parts ot the whole healthcare process is potential patients seeking treatment. People are usually not contacting the right people in the healthcare sector at the right time. This causes delays and confusion. In the worst case scenario the citizen just decides to give up and will be left on their own with aches and pains.
